Tutor Teaches offers online one-on-one tutoring sessions with teachers. We facilitate scheduling, video call bookings, and course registration via our website, but course payments are handled externally . Tutor Teaches is not responsible for any payment disputes between students and teachers.
Students are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary technology (internet, webcam, microphone) to participate in online sessions.
Teachers are responsible for delivering quality tutoring sessions and maintaining professionalism.
Both students and teachers are expected to behave respectfully. Any inappropriate behavior may result in termination of access to the platform.
All class bookings are made through the website’s scheduling system. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to penalties.
All content provided on the Tutor Teaches platform, including text, images, and materials shared during tutoring sessions, is owned by Tutor Teaches or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use this content for commercial purposes without prior permission.
Tutor Teaches provides its services on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to ensure the accuracy and quality of the services offered, we do not guarantee results or that services will meet your expectations.
Tutor Teaches is not liable for any damages, including but not limited to lost data, loss of income, or any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.
These terms are governed by the laws of the province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
